Explanation of Query Fields:

Loan Amount is the Purchase Price minus the Down Payment.

Number of Years of Loan is the number of years your loan will be for.

Interest Rate is the interest rate SSB charges you on your loan. In the calculator you do NOT have to include the % symbol.
